A proud native Angeleno, David has spent decades building strong connections between Los Angeles and Lake Arrowhead. His professional journey began with service in the United States Marine Corps (1979–1983), followed by a career in escrow starting in 1985. He picked up his first desk in 1986 and has since built a reputation grounded in experience, dedication, and leadership—making him a tremendous asset to the team.

Previously, he worked with Forward, where he managed several branches, including HHE, as well as Beach Cities, Larchmont, Newport Beach, and others.
